Media Registration Policy
Journalists may apply for press credentials and, on acceptance, may receive a complimentary conference pass to attend the 2012 Global Health & Innovation Conference in order to report on the conference. There are limited media spaces available. Complimentary passes are granted at the discretion of Unite For Sight.
Press Credential Request
- Name:
- Media Outlet:
- Copy of official press credentials and letter verifying assignment to the conference on letterhead of the media organization
- Freelance journalists must submit an official letter of assignment from a media organization and three (3) by-lined articles
- Submit a statement that you have reviewed the acknowledgement policy and agree to mention the Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference in all press derived from attendance at the conference.
Credentials may be submitted by email (rturkel@uniteforsight.org) or by fax. Press passes must be issued by Unite For Sight prior to the conference, and a press credential request cannot be made on-site on the day of the conference.
Press Registration
Approved members of the media who receive complimentary press registration will have access to all open conference sessions.
Acknowledgement Policy
The Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference requests that its full name be mentioned in all reports related to its activities.
- Print: Acknowledge any article or interview derived from the Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference.
- Television/Radio: Acknowledge any program or interview derived from the Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference.
- Photos: Acknowledge any photos derived from the Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference.
